 Walk-ins are always welcome, but we recommend making an appointment to ensure faster service. Give us a call at (402) 339-7117 for an appointment.

 For most vehicles, we recommend an oil change every 5,000 to a max of 7,500 miles with full synthetic oil.  We only offer Full Synthetic oil changes here at Riddle's Automotive.
Since Omaha’s weather can be extreme, we suggest checking your oil more frequently during hot summers and freezing winters. 

Common signs include:
   Squealing or grinding noises
   Vibration when braking
   Longer stopping distances
   Brake warning light on your dashboard

 A check engine light can mean anything from a loose gas cap to a serious engine issue. We’ll run a diagnostic scan to identify the problem and give you an upfront estimate before doing any work.

Check your tire tread regularly. If the tread depth is below 2/32 of an inch, or if you notice uneven wear, bulges, or cracks, it’s time for new tires. 

Absolutely. We offer AC inspections, recharges, and full system repairs to keep you cool in the Nebraska heat. 

Yes.  We do provide free estimates for most repairs.  Exceptions do apply due to diagnostic times.  If there is a diagnostic charge we will let you know before starting any work.

We accept cash, debit, all major credit cards, and offer financing options for larger repairs(w.a.c).
 

 Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact price match due to the wide variety of parts quality, lines, and pricing.  We do use high quality parts and stand behind our repairs with one of the best warranties in the area.  However, we will do our best to get you the best value for quality of work in the area.

Unfortunately, we do not offer towing through our shop.  We can recommend a tow company if you do need one.  Let us know and we can get you the information.
